Six capabilities usually sold separately by three different suppliers. We do not split them, because the decisions that matter sit exactly where they meet.

Custom software

Systems built for one business rather than configured from a template. Platforms, internal tools, integrations, and the unglamorous plumbing that holds them together.

  • Platform builds
  • Internal tools
  • System integration
  • API design

AI solutions

Models put to work on real processes — retrieval over your own documents, agents that complete tasks end to end, and the evaluation that tells you whether any of it actually works.

  • Retrieval & RAG
  • Agent workflows
  • LLM integration
  • Evaluation

Web platforms

Sites and applications that stay fast under real traffic on real devices. Content that non-developers can edit without filing a ticket.

  • Web applications
  • Headless CMS
  • E-commerce
  • Performance

Mobile applications

Apps designed against the constraints phones actually impose — patchy connections, small screens, background limits, and a review process with opinions.

  • iOS & Android
  • Cross-platform
  • Offline-first
  • Store releases

UI/UX design

Interfaces designed against the data you have and the states you actually hit, not the happy path in a mockup.

  • Product design
  • Design systems
  • Prototyping
  • Accessibility

MVP & ready-made

A first version narrow enough to ship and learn from, or a proven product adapted to your case instead of rebuilt from nothing.

  • MVP builds
  • Micro-SaaS
  • Rapid prototypes
  • Product adaptation

/ Process

01

Discovery

We work out what is actually being asked. Most briefs describe a solution; the first phase is spent finding the problem underneath it, and the constraints nobody mentioned.

02

Architecture

Data model, integrations, and the decisions that are expensive to reverse later. Agreed in writing before anyone opens an editor, because this is where projects are won or lost.

03

Build

Production code from the first sprint, in short cycles you can see running. No throwaway prototype handed to another team to rebuild, and no surprises at the end about what was feasible.

04

Support

Launch is a milestone, not a handover. Monitoring, fixes and the next set of changes, with documentation good enough that you could take it in-house tomorrow.
