/ Inside PRISP
A small engineering team in Gurugram working directly with the people who own the problem. No account layer in between, no discovery phase that ends in a deck.
/ About
PRISP is built to stay small enough that the engineers who scoped the work are the engineers who write it. No account layer, no handoff to a delivery team you have never met, no version of the system that exists only in a document.
We take fewer engagements than we could. That is the whole trade — depth over volume — and it is why what we hand over is documented, tested, and yours to maintain without us.
/ How we work
- The engineers who scope it, write it
- No handover from a sales team to a delivery team that was not in the room.
- Production code from week one
- No throwaway prototype handed to someone else to rebuild properly later.
- Estimates with the unknowns named
- No single confident number covering work nobody has looked at yet.
- You could take it in-house tomorrow
- No deliberate dependency on us to keep your own system running.
/ Our impact
We partner with founders and teams who value clarity, momentum and a clear sense of where the software is going.

Discovery
We work out what is actually being asked. Most briefs describe a solution; the first phase is spent finding the problem underneath it, and the constraints nobody mentioned.
Architecture
Data model, integrations, and the decisions that are expensive to reverse later. Agreed in writing before anyone opens an editor, because this is where projects are won or lost.
Build
Production code from the first sprint, in short cycles you can see running. No throwaway prototype handed to another team to rebuild, and no surprises at the end about what was feasible.
Support
Launch is a milestone, not a handover. Monitoring, fixes and the next set of changes, with documentation good enough that you could take it in-house tomorrow.
/ Client stories
“PRISP made the build feel structured and calm. They asked the right questions, moved fast, and shipped work that held up well past launch.”
